HEALTH & SAFETY UPDATES
Dear studio members,
Starting Tuesday, March 17th Zen Den Studio will be closed until further notice. We must follow the new restrictions set by the State of New York to help prevent future spreading of COVID-19. As sad and frustrated as we are with this decision, we are deciding to stay positive and proactive during this uncertain time.
If you have class passes, gift cards or monthly memberships ALL will be honored and good to use once we are able to reopen the studio even if it expires during this time period.
We are exploring options to move classes online and have them video streamed for you weekly. We understand how important it is to continue the personal work and healing your yoga practice brings to your lives. We ask for your understanding and support as we navigate this new obstacle and find ways to stay connected and calm. New updates will be posted on our social media platforms and website.
Please know the Zen Den family is here for you. Take the many things your teachers instill during class and keep them in your tool box. Taking deep breaths and checking in with how your body is feeling is still important. We are capable of dealing with hard things because of the care we take with our mental health and well-being. This storm will pass and we will be here to help the healing continue.
