SUNRISE SWEAT

Release stress as you restore balance from within. Allow props to support passive stretching while holding poses over longer durations of time. Soothe and self-care. Perfect for all levels.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Calm physical and mental pain through concentrated poses, stretching and breath work. Find your edge and ease into it. Perfect for all levels.

YIN YOGA

Learn to use your lunch hour to reset mind & body for the rest of your day. Step away from your phone, computer and office to breath easy, move and recharge. This 30 minute class will focus on gentle stretching and a slow flow to counter the fast pace of your workday!

30 MINUTE LUNCH FLOW

Move, stretch and hold poses that will relieve tension in the body and open up the chakras. Through a guided meditation you will be taken to a relaxed state meant for healing. The class will finish with Reiki (energy work) to journey back to ourselves, letting go of any left over negative energy we may be holding onto.

REIKI MEDITATION & YIN YOGA

Yoga is meant to be accessible to everyone. Pay what you can and enjoy a unique blend of yoga disciplines that will challenge and build your yoga practice.

PAY WHAT YOU CAN YOGA

Your home base. This class helps initiate the process of unification of the mind and body within and across asana families - standing, core awakening, arm support, back bends, twists, forward bends, hip openers, inversions. Expect to feel challenged, yet more grounded, awake, and clear. All levels welcome.

HATHA YOGA

Find the balance being between effort and ease with a core focused Vinyasa flow where we learn to engage the abdominals and build core strength, building heat and prepping our bodies for the restorative cool down at the end of class.

CORE & RESTORE

Take the time to center, connect and focus on yourself and your baby. Stretch and soothe your sore back, shoulders and legs. Each class focuses on breath work, postures, and positive affirmations to help reduce stress, increase confidence, and prepare for childbirth.

PRENATAL YOGA

End your week with this high-energy class that combines moves from a traditional Yoga Flow class and the intensity of Barre to get your heart pumping! This fun combination will raise your heart rate and help you burn calories, while strengthening and toning your body. The final portion of class focuses on core work, stretching and a final mediation

BARRE FUSION

New to Yoga? This class will slowly bring you through a gentle flow allowing you to become more comfortable with your yoga practice and start to build strength, flexibility and confidence!

GENTLE FLOW YOGA

Improve mobility, strength and balance in this chair based strength and yoga class. Importance of joint health and range of motion are the focus of this class. Keep your body healthy and agile! Benefits of working strength and yoga together include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.

CHAIR STRENGTH & YOGA

Kundalini is the yoga of awareness, combining movements with meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation. In Kundalini Yoga we focus on creating opportunities to change energy and clear blocks so you can manifest your desires. Get ready for greater energy, joy, empowerment and abundance.

KUNDALINI YOGA

Grab a mat guys-this class is for you! Geared toward body-weight strength-building exercises this class will challenge you physical while also teaching you how to connect and relax mentally.

Blending yoga and Pilates together to help you feel better in your body by working your muscles to move better and bend more easily! Strengthen your muscles and open the mind with this unique class. Great for all fitness levels!
